When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
h555co applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as a condition of withdrawal processing. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
h555co reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of a User's account lifecycle — not only at withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. h555co will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials. h555co reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Users found in breach of these Terms of Use may have their accounts suspended, their balances frozen, and relevant reports filed with applicable authorities.

Where cryptocurrency deposits are available, transactions are processed on-chain and are subject to network confirmation times outside h555co's control. The PKR-equivalent value of a cryptocurrency deposit is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed. h555co accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation of a cryptocurrency transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met in full:
h555co makes no guarantee regarding specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the selected method, KYC review status, and operator review procedures. Users will receive confirmation when a withdrawal request is received. h555co reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered the applicable number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, staking patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their purpose.
Where a Refer A Friend programme is available, both the referring User and the referred User must comply with all applicable eligibility criteria and Terms. Referral bonuses are subject to the same wagering and validity conditions as standard promotional bonuses.
h555co reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where: a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known; a bet is placed at odds that were published in error; or a bet is placed in circumstances that suggest fraudulent or manipulative intent.
All odds are presented in decimal format unless the User selects an alternative display option where available. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt is issued, the odds are locked at the stated amount for that specific wager.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and temporary suspension during key moments of an event. h555co does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets accepted during a brief market suspension are void unless the platform confirms acceptance.
For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, and domestic competitions — settlement is governed by the specific sport rules applicable to that market. h555co reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account closure for cause, h555co may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method where technically possible.
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect the User's obligations accrued prior to the closure date.
